Welcome to the Talentverse where you are in charge!

When you are looking for your next role, the tools just haven’t been available to find a great match. You either send endless applications that almost always are ignored, or you sit back and hope some random keyword query (and now some random AI somewhere) determines if you get a message from a recruiter.

And of course, as we all know, those inbound messages are often completely irrelevant for your skillset. My personal favorite (as someone with a software background) is to hear all about building architecture roles at design firms that I’m “a great fit” for!

We’re doing things differently in the Talentverse

In the Talentverse, we’re combining discipline specific profiles for both you and the hiring manager, to produce matches that are on point and on target to what you’re looking for and how you want to work.

In the Talentverse, no one can see your profile, until you share it with them. You see every position that is a match for your requirements, and theirs. If you’re seeing a position, then you’re a fit. Go for it and reach out with a simple intro message, ask whatever additional questions you may have. If both parties are interested, then you’ll receive an invite to the next stage in the process.

In the Talentverse, you always know where you stand

The status of the position on your dashboard moves along with the moves you and the hiring manager are making. No more guessing “where is this thing at”.

We also have implemented anti-ghosting technology to strongly encourage people to reply to every message (if you don’t get a reply in a reasonable time, all of their positions will be hidden in the Talentverse!). Want to know where something is? Just Ask. Your conversation is shared between the recruiter, hiring manager, and yourself at all times.

Not just for matches

We realize that doing a job search is a time consuming and difficult thing. To make it easier, you can use the Talentverse to track your other opportunities on the same dashboard as ones we find. See every role you’ve applied to, track information about them, and update the status so you can see at a glance where you are at across your entire search.
